Also featured in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.
